In the event that you need to return or exchange an item please know that we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
We do not offer refunds. We offer exchange or store credit for returned item/s. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, UNWORN, UNUSED, UNWASHED, with TAGS INTACT, and in its ORIGINAL packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping label for return and exchange. Please kindly refer to our size chart and material details prior to purchasing an item.

DEFECTIVE ITEM / WRONG ITEM SENT
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please take a photo of the defective / wrong item and contact us right away at endlessmindsclo@gmail.com so we can promptly assess the issue and resolve it. Once we receive your return request, we will promptly reply to your email with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective / wrong product. Once the item is shipped back to us, we will expedite a replacement to you. WE apologize for the inconvenience.
EXCEPTIONS / NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on FINAL SALE items or gift cards.
